Biz Filing Renewal was created with a simple idea: the yearly filings that keep a company current should be easy to understand and easy to get done. Many owners form an LLC or corporation, get busy building their business, and then find themselves unsure what the state needs from them each year, or simply short on time to handle it.
We focus on the routine state filings that come after formation, starting with annual reports. We start from your company's current public record, ask you what has changed, prepare the filing, and submit it only after you approve it. Along the way, we explain what each filing is in plain language.
